Event Parking Services

Description

The City of Orlando ("City") is soliciting proposals for event parking management and staffing services for the public before, during, and after scheduled performances at various locations within the City. The Contractor will be requested to make recommendations to maximize parking revenue while minimizing expenses. The Contractor shall provide parking staff to anticipate and address guests’ needs, provide exceptional service and be aware of and sensitive to the enjoyment and positive entertainment and Contractor's safety needs of the public.  A high degree of reliability and a positive attitude is an essential requirement for the Contractor's employees who meet and deal with the public as front-line ambassadors for the City.  The Contractor is also expected to maintain continuity of its employees through proper personnel management.  The number of personnel, their assigned posts, locations, hours, and the nature of their duties shall vary in order to meet the City's requirements.
