The City of Santa Monica, (the "City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in providing an evaluation of the City’s Sustainable Water Infrastructure Project (SWIP) and the Advanced Water Treatment Facility (AWTF) local discharge limits and preparing a Local Limits Study in accordance with 40 CFR Part 122.44(j)(2)(ii) and the requirements of the City’s Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) Order No. R4-2021-0044.
