RFP 26008 East Tennessee State University June 9, 2026 RFP 26008 Foundation Banking Services Addendum One (1): Question and Answers 1. Attachment 6.5 item A.4 asks for a copy of the most recent audit report. Is it acceptable for us to provide a link or does the complete audit need to be printed and included. Answer: Preferred is to have a digital copy on a usb drive, secondly a link. No need to submit paper version. 2. Attachment 6.10 vendor application. Can you confirm we are already registered as a vendor with ETSU. Since we currently do business with ETSU we believe we are but want to confirm if we need to complete the vendor registration. Answer: You are registered, we kindly request the form be completed as part of the bid packet, so we have most current information. 3. How we can communicate earnings credit rate and deposit rates. See below. Page 8 states: 3.3.3 Each Proposer shall ONLY record the proposed cost exactly as required by the Cost Proposal and Evaluation Guide and shall NOT record any other rates, amounts, or information. See Section C.4 of Attachment 6.4 for instruction on providing additional/optional cost rates. Attachment 6.4 doesn’t have a section C.4. Is there a form we need to use with the cost proposal to communicate this information or are we allowed to include this information on an additional page? Answer: On Attachment 6.6.D.1, you can provide that information in the most applicable section. 4. Below is copied from Original RFP Table of Contents, however there are No Attachments provided for: 6.4 RFP Requirements Answer: pg 34 6.5 Tech Proposal & Evaluation Guide (Section C missing in the form), rather you provided Attachment C with questions & requirements. Answer: 6.5.C is after page 46. Will ETSU correct the Evaluation Guide Form Section C and provide an amendment to this RFP as stated in 1.7.3? Answer: Section 6.5 has all the points assigned for each question. 5. Is the current deadline for the RFP 26008 of 6/18/2026 at 2pm fluid with extension options or is this a hard date and time? Answer: Unfortunately, this is the due date. 6. Will there be an RFP coming for the full banking for the University as well this year, and if so, is there a date in mind? We are looking to prepare our internal team. Answer: Yes, this solicitation is open now RFP 26007, posted on ETSU website/purchasing/bids. RFP 26008 East Tennessee State University June 9, 2026 7. Page 51 lists the average 12 month balances as $11,308,561.00.
