NPU currently utilizes an on-premise deployment of the Microsoft GP platform for its ERP and the Cogsdale CIS platform for its Utility Billing functions. The current platform is reaching end of life and the target to complete replacement is 3rd quarter of 2028. NPU is exploring options to replace both applications, and to implement a customer portal and meter data management (MDM) solution.
