General work description: The work in general consists of digouts of failed pavement, cold planning, hot mix asphalt, ramps, traffic signal loops, and traffic striping on Erle Road from Arboga Road to the east intersection of Edgewater Circle. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
