ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ERIE COUNTY SEWER DISTRICT NOS. 1&2 BIG SISTER WRRF INFLUENT ROOF & CAYUGA PS ROOF/VENTILATION REPLACEMENT CONTRACT NO. 103 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for the above referenced contracts will be received by the Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning on November 4, 2026, until 11:00 AM, local time, at 95 Franklin Street, Room 1034, Buffalo, New York, 14202, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 1004. The Project includes removal and replacement of approximately 4,300 Sq. foot roofing with a new SBS modified bituminous roofing system and rooftop ventilation system at the Cayuga Pumping Station (PS). Removal and replacement of approximately 3,000 Sq. foot roofing with a new SBS modified bituminous roofing system at the Big Sister WRRF.
