The City of Stuart, Public Works Department is soliciting Proposals from qualified vendors for Playground Equipment for Kiwanis Park. Vendors submitting Proposals (“Proposers”) are required to read this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) in its entirety and follow the instructions contained herein. No changes to the RFP by any vendor will be accepted, and that in the event of a discrepancy between the vendor’s submission and the RFP, the RFP will control. Failure to agree to the terms of the RFP as presented will result in the submissionbeing deemed non-responsive.
