The City of Pueblo is requesting proposals for environmental services related to the development/redevelopment of housing projects including demolition of unsafe structures, renovation of existing structures, infill housing, and new construction. Services are listed in the PRICING PROPOSAL; site determination is on-going and all sites will be located within the Pueblo City limits.The environmental firm (Consultant) and their subcontractors will also be responsible for assisting the Project Manager by attending pre-construction meetings, providing technical assistance when needed, conducting progress inspections, and performing clearance inspections.
