Description

Lextran is seeking proposals for a firm to provide environmental services. For the purposes of this procurement, environmental services include, but are not limited to, the following:Clean up of spills of hazardous materials, such as diesel fuel or gasolineConduct facility inspections at a frequency and level of detail satisfactory to ensure compliance with applicable regulationsRecommend upgrades to existing processes and infrastructure, and implement or oversee the implementation of these upgradesPrepare and update environmental management plans and audits, including:Stormwater Pollution Prevention PlanGroundwater Protection PlanLextran Annual Consumables InventoryProvide or coordinate employee trainingCollect and analyze stormwater samples semi-annually (O&G, TSS, COD, pH)Maintain environmental compliance recordsCoordinate inspections, testing and repairs with outside contractors as neededOversee response to significant spills or other environmental eventsRepresent Lextran to regulatory authorities, including on-site auditsIn addition, the successful proposer shall work with Lextran to identify activities and facilities that are subject to regulation by federal, state, or local government.
