This is a rebid of a solicitation released in 2025 (ITB #PR0-6480) and then canceled. The City has made changes throughout the solicitation.The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for Environmental Sampling, Oversight, and Monitoring services on an as needed basis by the City of Seattle (the City). The services are anticipated to be used primarily by Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) and Seattle Public Utilities (SPU). Other City Departments may utilize the resulting contracts at their option for the same services; however, the City does not guarantee use of this contract by any City Department.
