The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking a qualified consultant for the preparation of an Initial Study and appropriate environmental review document: Mitigated Negative Declaration, EIR Addendum, or Environmental Impact Report (EIR), as determined to be appropriate, to meet the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a project at 500 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (APNs 525-0-012-230, 669-0-201-105, 669-0-201-030, 040, and 050), to allow construction of an approximately 577,080 square foot (s.f.) mixed use development with 328 residential units (44 affordable units), approximately 4,770 s.f. of commercial space, surface parking and two parking structures with 491 parking spaces, including grading, hardscape, landscape, and encroachment into the protected zone of various oak trees on an approximately 6.12-acre vacant parcel within the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Specific Plan (SP No. 20).
