TRWD is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Environmental Studies and Permitting Services for the three pipeline projects detailed herein. A separate RFSOQ has procured Engineering Design Services for this project. The environmental team will need to will need to coordinate throughout the project with the engineering design team to ensure the project schedule and quality goals are achieved.
