The City of Pasadena, Department of Planning and Community Development is requesting proposals from experienced environmental planning firms to prepare various environmental documents and/or other technical studies up to and including an environmental impact report, on an as-needed basis as outlined in this RFP. To be considered for selection, consultants must be able to demonstrate significant experience in assisting cities with one or more types of environmental review for a variety of projects. Any specific project work in Pasadena should be noted in the proposal.
