NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, thatSealed bids will be received either by mail to the office of the County Executive&rsquo;s Office, or hand-delivered prior to the bid opening to the County of San Mateo at 500 County Center, 5th Floor, Redwood City, California, 94063 until the hour of&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 23, 2026&nbsp;where the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following project in accordance with the specifications therefore.
