Volusia County is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to explore cost-effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that can deliver maximum value to our residents and taxpayers. Our current ERP system is well functioning. However, the County is currently faced with the decision to make a major upgrade to our current ERP system that will devote significant financial and human capital toward the upgrade. As a matter of due diligence, and to ensure that residents and taxpayers are getting the best value for the resources invested, the County is interested in exploring market options for ERP solutions.
