Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Strategy, Procurement, and Implementation Consulting Services

Description

The District is seeking proposals from qualified, independent consulting firms to provide strategic advisory, procurement, and project management services to support the planning, procurement, selection, contracting, implementation, and post-implementation stabilization of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.The District's current ERP environment requires modernization to improve operational efficiency, reporting, business processes, integration, and user experience across administrative functions.The selected consultant will serve as the District's independent advisor throughout the project lifecycle, providing objective recommendations and representing the District's interests during planning, procurement, implementation, and project closeout. The consultant shall remain vendor-neutral and shall not have any financial interest, reseller relationship, implementation partnership, referral agreement, or other affiliation that could create a conflict of interest with any ERP software vendor proposed for consideration.
