This RFA is specifically for purchasing ELA HQIM core and supplemental materials along with PD K-12. In order to be eligible to be a 2024 CLSD Literacy System Development subgrantee, an LEA must have ELA Core HQIM K-12. For this reason, the NMPED is providing a one-time opportunity for LEAs to purchase ELA HQIM materials for grade bands lacking ELA HQIM.
