Engineering/Surveying Services Supporting the Fernwood Park Subdivision Project

Description

General work description: The County of Yuba Community Development and Services Agency (CDSA) is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms and individuals experienced in the provision of professional engineering and surveying services for subdivision entitlements. This project includes pre-application submittal, creation of a tentative map, preparation of a due diligence document, hiring biological and cultural resource consultants if necessary in compliance with National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), boundary and topographical surveying, final map preparation and review, preparing project improvement plans, compliance with tentative conditions of approval, coordination of utility design and upgrades, park design, and drainage analysis that complies with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program.
