Saunders Street, Carthage, NC 28327, until 4:00 pm Thursday, November 12, 2026.  For your convenience, a Bid Drop-Off box is located in lobby at 103 W. Saunders Street, Carthage, NC 28327. The intent of the County is to obtain qualifications by a professional firm for engineering services for the East Moore Water District Phase 5 Water Main Extension Project.  Instructions for submitting qualifications and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained by contacting Terra Vuncannon at  or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all responses.
