The City of Tucson is seeking qualified consultant support for the planning and design of HAWK Signals. The City intends to award the Group 1 Package of eight (8) locations to the highest ranked firm. The City may, at its sole discretion, award Group Package 2 of two (2) locations to the same firm or the City may elect to issue a new solicitation. This is a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funded project. Any resulting contract will contain the FHWA Terms and Conditions contained herein.
