The City of Pueblo is seeking a Consultant qualified by the State of Colorado as an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to perform an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) and develop an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) for the City. The awarded Consultant (ESCO) shall perform all services to the specifications of the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) and the City of Pueblo as stated within this Request for Proposal (RFP) and all attachments.
