The selected firm will enter into a contract for the purposes of locating the name and address of violators, generating notices, and collection of delinquent accounts. The contractor(s) selected for the name and address acquisition and noticing will be supplied with appropriate data on a regular basis to be agreed upon by the contractor and the County.
