Sealed qualifications for a contract to provide the City of Haltom City with Employer Funded Life & AD&D, Voluntary Life & AD&D and Long-Term Disability will be received by the City until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026. Any responses received after this date and time will remain unopened. Submitted qualifications must be addressed as specified in the Request for Qualification packet. This packet may be obtained by contacting Kelly Orvis at Holmes Murphy . The last day for questions will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 after which time an addendum will be posted on the City’s website at https://www.haltomcitytx.com/Bids.aspx. Sealed bid responses will be opened and acknowledged at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday August 13, 2026. City of Haltom City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
