Employee benefits consulting services and benefit plan administration services related to the acquisition, implementation, maintenance, communication and improvement of Valley Metro’s employee insurance benefits. The selected Employee Benefits Consultant shall provide services, including, but not limited to, the tasks described in this Scope of Services.
