In accordance with attached specifications, it is the intent of Pinellas County Utilities (PCU) to establish a contract for Pumping and Tankering Services to be used in emergency events, storm response, and as needed or required.FEMA grant requirements are included with this contract as emergency events may qualify for FEMA reimbursement to the County.
