The purpose of the RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Operation and Management of an Emergency Shelter in City of Santa Fe.The City is seeking to procure a qualified operator to manage this low-barrier, 24-hour shelter. The selected contractor will be responsible for day-to-day operations, maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and coordinating service delivery and housing navigation for shelter clients. The shelter will continue to operate at 2801 Cerrillos Road on an interim basis while the City evaluates the long-term viability of the current site and explores future facility options. From a holistic perspective, the City of Santa Fe’s Youth and Family Services Division is seeking shelter and housing solutions to address homelessness in our community in a variety of ways. Over recent years, the City has advanced a concerted, multi-pronged effort to address encampments, increase emergency shelter beds and provide robust, supportive services for the&nbs
