The City of Tucson, Arizona (herein referred to as the “City”) is seeking proposals for an Emergency Call Taking Interface and Quality Assurance software with customizable call type question cards. The City desires to shorten its emergency call triaging times while reducing error margins with the goal to provide the best and appropriate service the community. Additionally, the City wishes to analyze the collected data and visualize this data clearly to facilitate strategic decision making.The ideal product is one which, without customization, can perform these functions in a very short timeframe.Automate a quality assurance score for 100 percent of incoming 911 calls.A tool that will assist in decreasing call processing incoming call times and/or decreasing call coding determination time of critical events.A tool that can run searchable queries from spoken words.
