Emergency Board-Up Services Rotating Call List_2025

Description

The City of Caldwell Fire Department (CFD) is accepting proposals from contractors to provide post-incident services for securing residential and commercial structures following emergency responses. Qualified Respondents will be listed on a Board-Up On-Call Registry, a rotating roster that area Fire and Police departments, as well as other first responders, may use to provide referrals, on a rotating basis, to residents and businesses in need of such services. The specific cost and service requirements are identified in the proposal packet. Exhibit A must be filled out and included with bid proposals. Any exceptions to this proposal may be submitted with the completed proposal. The City of Caldwell Fire Department will be the agency maintaining the rotational list.
