Procurement #: 52480 CITY OF PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND Department: Public Property RFP Title: ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR & ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES – FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH TWO ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS Opening Date: 4 May 2026 Addendum #: 2 Issuing Date: 14 Apr 2026 The purpose of this addendum is as follows: The City acknowledges the importance of providing adequate time for bidders to attend all required walkthroughs and prepare complete responses. Accordingly, the bid submission deadline is hereby extended to May 4, 2026. The deadline for question submission has also been extended to April 22, 2026. With this addendum, the City is providing an update regarding the facilities included in the walkthrough scheduled for April 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Bidders will meet at the Elmwood Community Center (75 Atlantic Ave, Providence, RI 02907) at 9:00 AM. The Joseph A Doorley Bldg will not be included in this walkthrough and shall not be included in base bid pricing, unless further notification is issued. A subsequent addendum will be issued containing responses to the questions received from multiple prospective bidders. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
