To include a copy of the attendance sheet for the first walkthrough held on April 1st, 2026, covering City Hall, the Public Safety Garage, and the Public Safety Complex (see attached). 2. To schedule a second mandatory walkthrough: The City of Providence is scheduling a second round of mandatory walkthroughs for the abovereferenced solicitation for elevator services at multiple City buildings: • April 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM (EST) Location: Providence Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), 591 Charles St, Providence, RI 02904. This walkthrough will cover PEMA and Joslin Recreation Center (17 Hyat St, Providence, RI 02909). • April 17, at 9:00 AM (EST) Location: Joseph A Doorley Jr Bldg, 444 Westminster St, Providence, RI 02903 This walkthrough will cover the Joseph A Doorley Bldg and Elmwood Community Center (75 Atlantic Ave, Providence, RI 02907) A third walkthrough will be scheduled to cover the elevators located at the Parks facilities. Instead, the City piggybacked a cooperative purchasing contract maintained by OMNIA Partners. This procurement was approved by the City’s Board of Contract and Supply on September 25, 2023.
