Elevator Maintenance and Service

Description

The successful bidder shall&nbsp;furnish&nbsp;all labor, materials, parts, transportation, equipment,&nbsp;tools&nbsp;and supervision necessary to secure complete inspection, testing, full&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;and repairs as necessary for the elevators and chair lift specified below to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation.&nbsp;&nbsp;The work includes lubrication, testing, reporting on the condition of the elevators and chair lift, and&nbsp;the maintaining&nbsp;of&nbsp;records and logs confirming details of the work.&nbsp;Payment of annual State inspection and&nbsp;permit&nbsp;fees and the follow-up with the State to ensure the certifications&nbsp;remain&nbsp;current and operational will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.&nbsp;The successful bidder shall manage, coordinate,&nbsp;submit&nbsp;permit applications and follow up with the Massachusetts Board of Elevator Regulations for compliance with all State regulations.&nbsp;All work shall be performed by a Massachusetts registered elevator contractor&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;Massachusetts General Laws and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations including but not limited to:&nbsp;M.G.L. c.143, &sect;96&nbsp;<span data-ccp-
