Electronic Bid Instructions

Description

As of April 1, 2020, Murray State University will be using www.murraystatebids.com to post bids on items and services in Purchasing and Construction, and receive bids electronically. Vendors and all potential bidders may register at no charge and designate appropriate categories of bids that apply to their business. Once a bid is posted, an email notification will be sent out accordingly. Online bid submissions will be accepted on applicable bids posted. Under project information, look for the button “Submit Bid”. First to register, go to tab Sign In/Register and click “Register Here”. Once registered, click “Current Bids” tab, then browse current bids. Click on the bid and see information regarding bid date/time and all other pertinent information. Addenda will be accessible here as well if any are posted. All planholders will receive email notices regarding any new addenda. When you are ready to submit your documents, click “Submit Bid” under the Information tab. Complete the form, attach your documents and enter any comments and click “Submit Bid”. If you need to resubmit your bid for any reason, you may do so until the bid date and time. If you have questions, please contact Beth Ward at lward10@murratstate.edu.
