The City of Sarasota is seeking a qualified Florida Licensed Electrical Contractor to provide technical and specialized industrial electrical maintenance services . The City of Sarasota Utilities Department operates and maintains water and wastewater treatment facilities and transmission and collection facilities within City limits and Sarasota County. These facilities range from 24-volt control systems to 13.2 kV (kilovolts) power distribution systems. The Contractor must demonstrate its expertise to provide technical and specialized industrial electrical maintenance services which are outlined in these specifications. The Contractor must also have the knowledge, skills and ability to properly diagnose, repair, maintain, rehabilitate and construct any of the Utilities Department's electrical components and systems.
