Electrical Maintenance Services - Citywide

Description

The City of Sarasota wishes to receive sealed bids from Florida licensed electrical companies for the purpose of selecting an electrical contractor to service various City of Sarasota facilities as described in this solicitation. The contract will be on an "as-needed" basis for three (3) years with the option to be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent of both parties. The City of Sarasota reserves the right at its discretion to award these services to more than one Contractor.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, service vehicles(s), equipment, tools, materials, miscellaneous parts and transportation to provide for any electrical system evaluation or inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, new installation, survey, engineering, rehabilitation, and repair.All work shall be performed by Florida licensed electricians or under the direct supervision of a Florida licensed electrician and be following all applicable Florida State rules and regulations.
