Election Equipment and Services Bid

Description

Proposals are requested by the La Salle County Clerk and the La Salle County Board to replace old election equipment and services with new election equipment and services for all 119 precincts in the county. All new equipment must be certified by the Election Assistance Commission and the Illinois State Board of Elections. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Monday, August 14th, 2023, at La Salle County Governmental Complex, La Salle County Board Office Room 245, 707 E. Etna Road, Ottawa, IL 61350. All Bidders must attend Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 25th, 2023 1:00 PM at La Salle County Governmental Complex, La Salle County Board Room 250, 707 E. Etna Road, Ottawa, IL 61350.  The proposal must be submitted as a letter with printed attachments in a sealed envelope marked  “BID FOR ELECTION AND VOTING”.  The proposal must have a Cover Page, a detailed vendor response, and the proposal must have a cost breakdown. The bids will be opened at the Taxes, Election, and GIS Committee Meeting on Tuesday, August 15th, 2023, at 9:00 AM at the La Salle County Governmental Complex, 707 E. Etna Road, Ottawa, IL 61350.
