PLEASE NOTE ONLY HARD COPY SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.Sealed proposals for the construction of the ECTOR COUNTY - AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT WATER LINE PROJECTS BID PACKAGE NO. 2, ARPA CONTRACT NO. ARP-TX-21-175 will be received at Ector County Administration Building Annex, Purchasing Department at 1010 East 8th Street, Odessa, TX until 2:00 PM CST, Tuesday, November 26th, 2024. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 PM CST in the Commissioner’s Courtroom, Ector County Administration Building Annex, 1010 East 8th Street, Odessa, Texas.  BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank bid form furnished.  Sealed envelopes shall be marked “ECTOR COUNTY - AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT WATER LINE PROJECTS BID PACKAGE NO. 2 - DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2:00 PM TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH, 2024” The project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the U.S. Department of Treasury under the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF/ARPA) program and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
