Register with Other Agencies from Merged Account Supplier Resource This document provides an overview for the “Agency” option listed on the top navigation bar that displays after logging into a site. There are two options from “Agency”: My Agencies and Registrations. • • Prior to the 2024 release, Unified Supplier Database, suppliers were required to register on each agency’s site with a unique username and access each site individually to review/respond to bids. With the 2024 release, Unified Supplier Database, suppliers can have a Primary Account. This will allow the supplier to log in with 1 username/password and access all agencies in the Agency section. Only Supplier Users that have the Administrative role will have access to the Agency option (see Figure 1). Figure 1 Agency option highlighted in the top navigation bar. From the “Agency” option in the top navigation bar you will have two options: My Agencies and Registrations. • • “My Agencies”: A list of agencies where the supplier company has an Active account. Registrations: All registrations that are in a status other than Active. My Agencies Option The agencies listed are those where you have an active account (you have merged them into the Primary Account or you have registered using the Primary Account). You can access each agency by clicking on the line of their agency name. If there is only 1 agency in your list, you have not merged any accounts, or have only registered with 1 agency. Find New Agency button – use to register with additional agencies or merge agencies you are already registered with. To identify additional agencies you would like to register with, click the Find New Agency button (see Figure 2). Figure 2 Find New Agency button in the My Agencies list. A list of agencies available for registration will show on your screen. You can scroll through the list, or you can use the Search feature (either enter the agency in the first section, or search by city or state abbreviation in the second section) to find the agencies where you would like to register (see Figure 3). Once you have identified an agency where you would like to register, click on the line of the agency name and you will be taken to a page that has a “Register Now” button (see Figure 4). Click the button to begin the registration process.
