Eagle Road and State Street - Phase 2

Description

In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall include reconstructing the Eagle Road and State Street intersection with asphalt pavement and replacing the traffic signal, as well as reconstructing segments of Eagle Road and State Street, widening segments of Olde Park Place and Aikens Street, and extending Aikens Street to 2nd Street with asphalt pavement in downtown Eagle. This work also includes sidewalk addition/replacement, bulb-outs, stormwater improvements, and streetscape improvements including stormwater tree cells, lighting, and pavers.Special Note: This project will have a milestone completion date with an incentive to meet this date and liquidated damages. The substantial completion date will also have incentive for early completion and liquidated damages. See the Supplemental General Notes for more information.
