A JOC is a competitively bid, firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract consisting of a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have pre-established unit prices listed in a Construction Task Catalog® (CTC). Please Note: Construction Task Catalog® (CTC) and Technical Specifications will be emailed only to those in attendance at the Pre-Bid Teams Meeting.
