The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Social Services (DSS) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of adoption support and preservation services for families and post permanency services to adoptive and guardianship families. The goal of the solicited services is to promote long term family stability and decrease the likelihood of placement disruptions through strengthening family functioning and stability and supporting child safety and well-being. The funded vendor will serve pre-adoptive, adoptive and guardianship families who need supportive services.
