The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a language skills testing program. Language Proficiency Assessment services shall be provided to DBH employees eligible to test for a Bilingual Skill Pay (BSP) position within the Department. As the result of this Request for Proposal, DBH will select one (1) vendor to execute a resulting agreement.
