The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Youth Residential Treatment Services program. American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level 3: Residential (3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.5) services shall be provided to children and youth under 18 years of age. As the result of this Request for Proposal, DBH will select one qualified vendor to execute a resulting agreement.
