The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Department of Social Services (DSS) is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to obtain pharmaceutical services from a pharmacy, pharmacy chain, or Pharmaceutical Benefits Manager (PBM) that have pharmacies or relationships with pharmacies throughout the County of Fresno for the purpose of filling prescriptions of adults and children – including medically indigent individuals – who receive mental health and substance use disorder services from the County’s DBH, DSS, and Department of Public Health (DPH). The selected bidder shall work with the County to fill prescriptions for medically indigent individuals and provide better pricing advantages to the County. As the result of this Request for Proposal, DBH & DSS will select one (1) bidder to execute a resulting agreement.
