McKinney Independent School District (McKinney ISD, MISD, or the District) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide E-Rate Category 2 eligible internal connections, consisting of structured cabling, network switches, wireless access points, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS)/battery backup units for eligible network equipment in support of the District’s technology infrastructure and connectivity needs. The resulting contract(s) will support the District’s participation in the Federal Communications Commission’s E-Rate Program and shall comply with all applicable E-Rate program requirements, including applicable competitive bidding, invoicing, documentation, and program compliance requirements.
