Addendum # 1 8/8/25 Question: What size conduit do you want stubbed out of the building and where do you want the panel located. Answer: 2” inch conduit and in the Northeast corner Question: Does the conduit inside the building need to be ridged or rain tight? Answer: Ridged Question: Does the 20 outlets include the 2 for the door openers and all exterior outlets? Answer: The 20 outlets (15 outlets along the back wall of the open front portion of building. 5 outlets in the enclosed portion of building (3 along the back wall and 2 on the front wall). This does not include anything for the door operators. All outlet needs to be GFCI protected and all outlets along the back wall need to be in weather proof covers). Question: Are the lights just interior or is that a mix of interior and exterior fixtures. Do you have a fixture spec? Do they need to be vapor tight? Answer: All area lighting should be Nicor or Lithonia high bay indoor/outdoor rated and don’t need to be vaper tight. (15 under open front portion of building and 6 in the enclosed portion of building a total of 21 lights) and RAB wall packs for the security portion of lighting (6 along the front of the building and 1 on each side total of 8 wall packs). Question: What size service volts and amps are you wanting the building prepped for? Answer: 240 volt, single phase, 200 amp service Question: Do any of the light need to be emergency or exit lights? Answer: There will need be one exit with emergency lighting above the man door in the enclosed portion of building. Question:7. Does the steel get painted? Answer: No, just primer red Question: Is there a color specified for the building skin? Answer: Duchesne County has not picked a color for this Building, but it will be one of the standard colors from the building manufacture. Question: Is the site work complete to where we just include the building footings and slab excavations? Answer: Yes, The Geotechnical report and site plan was for reference only the site has been built up with structural fill.
