NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF LEAGUE CITY, TEXAS Bids will be received until 2:00 pm, September 23, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud for the following project: Dallas Salmon Waste Water Treatment Plant – Influent Lift Station Rehabilitation CIP # WW2103B Bid #26-042 The project consists of the following scope of work: Installation of bypass pumping systems as required on the influent gravity raw sewage collection sewers. Connection to existing SCADA system for temporary equipment notification. Removal of existing submersible pumps and proper storage. Reinstall submersible pumps and connect electrical cables upon completion of rehabilitation work. Blast cleaning and pressure wash cleaning of all wet wells in preparation for structural repair methods. Dewatering and drying of existing wet wells. Inspect existing pump base elbows. Installation of additional reinforcing steel and buildup of lower concrete walls. Repair of upper concrete walls and roof ceiling surface. Installation of a coating system to prevent future H2S corrosion reactions. Installation of new flood resistant access hatches at the JB and ILS. Also install new vent assemblies raised to be protected from the current 500-year flood plain. Installation of new wet well type 316L stainless steel piping, guide rails, guide rail support brackets, new engineered pipe supports, etc. Installation of new gusset plates and tie rods on all pump riser piping couplings and on the 30-inch force main header; 3 places. Blast and paint all above ground piping and valves and paint with stencil label. Existing monorail structural support and beams to be blasted and repainted. New level instrumentation and water proofing details with all associated electrical and instrumentation work. An optional pre-bid conference will be held September 08, 2026, at 2:00 pm, at the City of League City, Civic Center, 400 W. Walker St., League City, Texas 77573. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a site visit at 703 N. Wisconsin Ave., League City, Texas 77573.  Prospective Bidders are invited to attend. Failure to attend will bar Bidders. The cutoff for questions will be 5:00 pm on Monday, September 14, 2026.
