The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to procure the services of several vendors to provide testing services and facilities, and physical exams for Mesa Public Schools new hires, school bus drivers (to obtain their required documentation to become certified with the State of Arizona) and other staff members who have a CDL requirement for certification and to provide the reasonable suspicion testing to current employees as designated by Governing Board policy GBKB.
