Improvements and enhancements include a restroom building, pavilions, playgrounds, tennis courts, vehicle parking spaces, sidewalks and trails, steps, curbing, fencing, lighting and security, site furnishings, signs and monuments, turf, plants and irrigation, utilities, grading and drainage.
