The City of Sarasota is requesting qualifications from consulting firms to update the Sarasota Downtown Master Plan 2020 (Plan). The scope of work to include a review and analysis of existing conditions, identifying needs, and developing recommended solutions.The anticipated timeline will be evaluations to be held in March, interviews and negotiations in March/April, and approval by Commission in April. Once dates are confirmed, notifications will be added to OpenGov.
