The primary intent is to restore and re-meander Door Creek by dredging to varying depths and installing channel plugs as shown on the Contract Plans. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, fuel, power and water, and performing all operations in connection with excavating, transporting, and placing approximately 49,300 cubic yards of sand, silt and dredged material from Door Creek to the upland dewatering site and providing environmental protection measures to meet the requirements of the technical specifications and permits.
